Knowledge is archived in Caddie's Club House brain (not used for live chat). Historical pipeline: Inquiry → Collected → Quote → Approval → Agreement → Deposit → Confirmed → Calendar.

Chat with an agent, then Save (above the composer or below). Title uses that agent and your first message. Switching agents starts a new save unless you load that agent's chat from the list. Uncheck the filter to see every agent's saved chats.
Don’t redo dumps. Select TINA, then Publish Tina → Help to push Saved + current Tina chats into public Help. Or paste dump text once under Import → Tina · Help / Customer Service.
